Over the next few post we will be looking at the concept of leadership. I believe we have allowed this whole notion of power relationships, leaders and constituency, to become warped.

A few questions need to be addressed; First, what is a leader? Second, do we have any? And, third, do we need any. All of this and more will be addressed in upcoming posts.
